Naiomi Eliason

Naiomi is a classically trained marketing leader with deep knowledge of core product marketing in technology companies including end to end go to market strategies & partnership with product and engineering to define product roadmap.

During the last 14 years she has launched and grown software & hardware products at iconic companies including Google, Meta, Instacart, Target & General Mills. She started her career as a founder (2x) and is passionate about building marketing functions in 0 to 1 environments.

She holds a B.S. in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children, traveling and reading.

Erik Eliason

Erik is a high-growth marketing leader with a track record of scaling B2C and B2B companies. He has led marketing teams across product, brand, content, CRM and is responsible for products used by millions of users generating over half a billion in revenue in Fintech, SaaS, and payments industries.

He has a track record of uncovering unique insights, storytelling, building growth engines, launching category defining products, coaching and developing high performing teams, leading international expansion, and relaunching brands.

He holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Minnesota and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, American Football and spending time with his children.
